"I have had the honor of having extensive exposure to a large collection of Judith Polak’s artwork. Initially, I was not aware that Judith’s paintings were healing in nature and did not even know that artwork could be a medium for healing. I enjoyed the vivid colors and designs of her art and also realized that there was more involved in my interactions with these paintings. They communicated with me energetically and reached deep inside of my being. At times when I was in the vicinity of the paintings, I felt gentle waves of swirling energy which were often accompanied by physical sensations, memories and emotions. I did not know what to think about these extraordinary occurrences, except that I felt better after being around the paintings.
I eventually discovered that Judith was a healing artist and that the paintings are imbued with healing energies and transformational qualities that my higher self is able to utilize in healing. I did some research on the subject and began to understand the healing process that I was going through. With some guidance from Judith and my being able to take a more active role, the healing accelerated and became more fine tuned. The process has been like “peeling an onion”, going deeper and deeper into core issues with the paintings facilitating and easing each step. Some days it is an individual painting or portion of a painting that works with me on healing and other days it may be a combination of paintings or certain colors from numerous paintings that are involved.
I have experienced incredible healing in different areas and on many levels and am grateful that I have had the time and space for this. My physical condition, endurance and mobility have improved. My emotional and psychological functioning have significantly improved. My spiritual growth has accelerated and I am more at peace with nature, the divine, the world and my place in all of it.
Judith is truly a master healer and I am thankful to her and her artwork for facilitating the healing and transformations that I have gone through in the last year. I have been told that I am not the same person that I was. My family and friends are somewhat amazed at the changes in me, they tell me over and over, “you’re so happy now!”
Judith is an extraordinary person, down to earth and humble about her talent as an artist and a healer. Spirituality, integrity and honesty are important to her. She is a strong advocate for the environment, healthy living and nutrition and alternative healing modalities. She values and celebrates the uniqueness of each individual and encourages people to be and express their true self. She is fun loving and derives great enjoyment from nature and the simple and beautiful things in life. I am blessed to have had the opportunity to get to know Judith, my life has been enriched by her and her art.

Yudi, I keep meaning to tell you how powerful the new painting with the
gold around the outside and purple and greens in it is. Even though it may not be finished, it has done a lot of really deep, intense work with me already.
The energy is somewhat bolder than most of the others and healing of a different kind, it doesn't bring up the emotions and past events like some of the others.
